Fans Consultative Forum: Terms of reference

• The FCF will meet no less than once every two months.

• The FCF is a discussion group only, all final decisions will be made by the club.

• The group will consist of no less than 15 members.

• The FCF should be represent the views of the fans. 

• When positions become available they will be advertised on the club's official website and in the matchday programme.

• Members will be chosen by the club from a broad range of fans, male and female, young and old, season tickets holders/non season ticket holders, forum/non-forum members, all with a variety of skills.

• Minutes of each meeting will be published on the clubs official website within three working days.
