Gary Johnson says he already knows his starting line-up for Saturday's Championship play-off final at Wembley.

Asked at his midweek press conference whether - barring injuries - he had decided on his final squad he replied: "Yes. We've been working since the weekend on our 16 - we've worked on our starting eleven and worked on our subs."

He added: "We have had a policy and way of selecting teams all the way through the season. None of that changes.

"People know I pick teams for the right reasons and for the right occasions. If somebody misses out because of that, then that's unlucky.

"But what we have got is a group of 16 who deserve to be the 16 on the day. They're the 16 who have really played the most amount of games throughout the season and whether somebody is in the team or on the bench - whoever it is - they will be supporting the team as a whole.

"They'll be up for it together and I'm sure three of the subs will probably be used and have a major part to play.

"It's not difficult when you've got your system of selection."

Meanwhile, Gary will give his squad a tour of Wembley Stadium tomorrow (Thursday) to familiarise themselves with the venue ahead of the weekend showpiece.

He said: "I don't want the players to feel overawed by the stadium on the day itself so it is good to get that out of the way early on."
