The club is aware some supporters have still not received their season ticket books.

All season ticket holders who requested for theirs to be sent out have now had them posted.

But those fans who have not received their books today can come to the ticket office at Ashton Gate and receive a substitute match ticket for Saturday's season opener against QPR.

This can be done today until 6pm or tomorrow - the day of the game itself - from the main ticket office between the hours of 9am and 3pm.

Fans who have requested to collect their season tickets can do so now from the ticket office or again on the matchday itself.

Season ticket book collections on Saturday should go through the main ticket office between the hours of 9am and 1pm, or from the Atyeo Stand ticket office from 1pm to 3pm.

The club apologises for any inconvenience caused.

* Note: A very limited number of season ticket books haven't been sent out for those using premium credit whose first payment has not yet been received. These supporters can claim a substitute match ticket for QPR via the above procedures.
