Gavin Williams admits he is delighted to be reunited with Gary Johnson following his move to Bristol City from Championship rivals Ipswich. The Wales international passed a medical at Ashton Gate on Thursday after agreeing personal terms with last season's play-off finalists and has signed a two-year contract. The move, for an undisclosed fee, sees Williams reunited with City manager Johnson, who also bought the 28-year-old when he was in charge at Yeovil.

The midfielder has signed a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee and will be reunited with Robins boss Gary Johnson, who he played under at Yeovil Town. After completing his move, Welsh international Williams said: "I had good times at the club and there are some great lads in the dressing room. The supporters were always very good to me, too, and I'd like to thank them for their backing. It's a good move for me, though."
